We’re learning new details after a man was found dead at a home in Brunswick.

Troopers arrested 45-year-old Tanner Dostie on Friday after blood was found on his property and human bones were seen in a fire pit in the yard.

The affidavit says Dostie stabbed the victim and used a chainsaw and a firepit to dispose of his remains.

He was charged with murder and taken to Cumberland County Jail.

The victim’s name is listed in court paperwork as 61-year-old Dennis Blasens, but investigators haven’t positively identified them yet.
