A Waldo County man is facing sex crime charges for the second time this year.
41-year-old Albert Calvin of Swanville was arrested in January for gross sexual assault and later released on bail.
He was arrested again last Thursday and charged with possession and dissemination of sexually explicit material.
He’s being held on $2,500 cash bail.
