Telstar High School Athletic Field Now Honors Local Marine

An athletic field at Telstar High School is now named after a fallen marine.

Captain Benjamin Cross died in a plane crash last year off the coast of Australia.

Cross used to play baseball and soccer at Telstar.

Our info partners at CBS 13 News report the field was officially renamed in memory of Cross during a dedication ceremony on Friday.
