Maine drug agents seized crystal meth, crack cocaine and heroin from a Texas man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice.
The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested 38-year-old Isaac Mireles of Richmond, Texas. Mireles was being investigated for the sale of drugs out of the parking lot of a Westbrook motel.
Agents executed a search warrant in his motel room on Tuesday night, where the drugs were seized. Mireles was staying in the room with his girlfriend and her two minor children.
Mireles was charged with drug trafficking, human trafficking, and endangering the welfare of a child. He was expected to make an initial court appearance on Wednesday.
