A man from Turner is charged with over a dozen counts of possession of child pornography.
Our info partners at CBS 13 News report 40-year-old Miguel Roman Jr. has been charged with 23 felony counts, each accusing Roman of possessing a photo of a person engaging in sexually explicit conduct with a child.
According to court documents, a police officer discovered the images on Roman’s cell phone while he was being investigated for a different alleged crime.
