2 found dead after police respond to domestic situation in Bangor

Police in Bangor say a man and a woman have been found dead after a report of a domestic situation.

The department says the incident began Thursday morning on G Street.

According to the Bangor Daily News, police responded to a report of shots fired in Birch Hill Estates around 11:30 a.m.

Negotiators were at the scene, along with robots and the department’s Special Response Team.

No other information was available, but police expected to have the street blocked off until the situation was resolved.
