Two Mainers have injuries from a UTV rollover crash in a New Hampshire gravel pit.

New Hampshire Fish and Game says 28-year-old Niko Foti of Lebanon is being ordered to appear in court for operating an off-highway recreational vehicle to endanger.

Fish and Game says Foti and 25-year-old Molly Ryder of Lisbon were injured when he accelerated while turning, causing their UTV to drift and roll onto its side on Friday.

The two were taken to Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin, New Hampshire, for treatment.

New Hampshire Fish and Game released information on the crash Monday.
