Windham Man Arrested in Saturday Shooting

A Windham man was arrested early Saturday morning after a shooting incident.

According to our info partners at CBS 13 News, authorities responded to Emerson Drive after yelling and gunshots were reported around 1 a.m. Saturday.

Windham Police charged 30-year-old Keith Seglar with two counts of reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon. Police say a 27-year-old gunshot victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The shooting remains under investigation.
