Winslow Could Get Federal Aid Following October’s Windstorm

Winslow residents are being asked to help the town receive federal aid, after last October’s windstorm damaged much of the town.

The Winslow Police Department is asking residents to submit photos of storm damage, including any knocked over trees, so the town can get reimbursed by the federal government.

The windstorm was ruled a natural disaster.

Our info partners at channel 8 WMTW say residents may post the photos directly to the Winslow Police Department’s Facebook page.
