The death of a teenage boy in Sidney has been ruled a homicide.

Kennebec County Deputies conducted a wellness check after a call from a woman who reported an incident at her home on Summerhaven Road early Friday morning.

Deputies arrived to find a 14-year-old boy dead outside the home.
