The service, available 24/7, has handled over 1.3 million calls since its inception. Key partnerships with the State of Maine, the Opportunity Alliance, and the United Ways of Maine have been crucial to its success. Recent initiatives include a partnership with AARP Maine for caregiver support and efforts to enhance emergency response capabilities.
