Hospice of Southern Maine is a non-profit providing comprehensive hospice services at home or at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House. We care for about 200 patients every day, most of whom are getting hospice care at home. Gosnell, our hospice house in Scarborough, has 18 private suites and is for patients with more acute healthcare needs, and their families.

For the first segment of today’s show, host Phil Harriman welcomes Christian Noe, the owner of Nighthawk Kitchen in Freeport. Christian talks about his time running a catering business which catered to several television and movie productions in New York City, and what led him to come to Maine.
