The CAPs across Maine and the State Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) are partnering to help ensure people stay housed. They also administer a lot of programs people know by name, but not where or how to access them. Head Start / Early Head Start, WIC, LIHEAP, weatherization and home repair and more

The purpose of this program is to inform our Mainers of the programs that are available to them
