Maine Points: MaineMOM

 

MaineMOM is a program offered to pregnant and postpartum (i.e., the time after childbirth) people living with substance use disorder and their infants. It is designed to provide complete and coordinated maternity and substance use treatment to meet medical, behavioral, and social needs of both mom and baby. MaineMOM is offered through MaineCare.

They have partnered with 17 healthcare sites statewide, with a plan to expand in July 2022. Information about these locations and how to refer to services can be found at www.MaineMOM.org
