Danny speaks with Captain Michael Harper from The Salvation Army Of Greater Portland to discuss the recent influx of Asylum Seekers coming into Portland.

MIRC (Maine Immigrants’ Rights Coalition applied for a grant through Maine Housing to provide shelter and other critical services. As a result, The Salvation Army is sheltering 77 people (overflow from the Portland Family Shelter. Men, women, children.
