We had the honor of attending the AMVETS National Executive Committee Meetings at their new National Headquarters. We talked with AMVETS National Commander Paul Shipley, National Chaplain Jeremiah Botkin, National Chief of Staff Spencer Toth, and District 4 Commander Ian Norris about their service and the great work AMVETS does in local communities, including here in Maine.
Maulian Bryant, executive director of the Wabanaki Alliance and former Tribal Ambassador for the Penobscot Nation, joins us to discuss the issues which impact indigenous people and how we can all support their communities.
During the stop, the Penobscot County deputy found a significant amount of illegal drugs, including over 120 grams of Methamphetamine, nearly 15 grams of Fentanyl and about 6 grams of Crack Cocaine.
