We will talk with Col Mark Hyland, Maine Wing Commander, Cadet Capt. Felicity Jackson, who will be attending the US Naval Academy, and Cadet 2nd Lt Riley Record, who will be attending the US Military Academy at West Point
We also talk with Maj. Ralph Gamache, the Portland Squadron Commander, is the squadron of Cadet Riley Records and Cadet Lt. Col. Caroline Benson’s Squadron. Caroline is attending the United States Naval Academy in the fall.
On today’s episode, with the election only nine days away, we welcome five-term Republican Senator Susan Collins to the show for the first two segments. Following that, we also welcome her challenger, Democratic Candidate for Senate Troy Jackson.

Patrick Stewart, the classically trained actor who added Shakespearean gravitas to the "Star Trek" and "X-Men" franchises, has died. He was 86. Stewart died Wednesday in Los Angeles, following "a brief and poignant journey" with Alzheimer's disease and Lewy Body Dementia, spokesperson Kelly Bush Novak said.
