Shawn starts the third segment with a call from Mike Parent, the Tech Instructor for Electrical at Capital Area Tech Center. MEMIC funds the Instructor Scholarship part of Maine Blue Collar. Following the first half of the third segment, Shawn is joined by Maine’s new public utility advocate Bill Harwood through half of the next segment. Harwood replaced regular WGAN guest Barry Hobbins in that role. To close off the segment, the phone lines are back open!
