Greg Bowden, occupational health specialist for work health discusses that while we use a computer almost every day, if not used properly, injuries can occur to our body if the computer work station isn’t aligned for each of us.  For example, it’s important that chair height is adjustable, the monitor is situated properly and the work station itself should be ergonomically correct.
