Beirut Explosion / Cory Price

Cory Price speaks to Matt Gagnon about the explosion Beirut. Cory, is living in Beirut. He graduated from Greely in 2013. He has been in Lebanon most of the time since August, 2016, when he began attending the American University of Beirut. His main focus, though, has been working in the Syrian refugee camp in Damour, south of Beirut.  His 8th-floor apartment is 2.5 miles from the site of the explosion. He and his girlfriend were in the living room when the blast occurred. The windows shattered and glass blew into the apartment. His girlfriend got a little glass in her foot, but otherwise they weren’t injured.
