Regular Portland people raising money that will go directly to restaurants to pay employees (brought back to work) to cook food that’s been either donated or (here’s the cool part!) they pay for it! (paying farmers/growers and local grocers…) and then, via volunteers, distribute to the community—WARM, delicious, nutritious meals.
