John Michael, Chairman of the Androscoggin County Commission speaks to Matt about Androscoggin County to Consider  “Open Maine Back Up” Resolution

Members of the Androscoggin County Board of Commissioners hereby recommend that:

  1. The availability of testing continues to be expanded.
  2. Protection of the elderly be continued and practices such as delivering meals to seniors be continued and expanded until the danger passes.
  3. The force of law be removed from shutdown and lock down orders and instead have those practices immediately become voluntary, neither forcing any business to remain closed nor requiring any to be open.
