The House Democrats and their allies are hesitant to fully support Matt Dunlap, the new Democratic nominee for Maine’s second congressional district, after he defeated Joe Baldacci despite the DCCC’s efforts. Dunlap’s victory came despite the DCCC’s $7,500 ad buy and adding Baldacci to their Red to Blue list.
