One killed in Raymond crash

RAYMOND, Maine (WGAN)  The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office says a 50-year-old man was killed after a crash in Raymond.

Police say they responded to a reported crash on North Raymond Road, near Notch Pond Road, Monday around 7:30 p.m.

Police say a pickup truck crashed into a tree.  The driver was found unresponsive and had to be freed from the wreck.

Police say they performed life-saving measures, but the driver, identified as Anthony Finocchietti from Gray, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are investigating the crash.
