14 people were removed, including two who were arrested, at a home on North Avenue in Sanford which neighbors said was the site of drug activity.

Sanford Police say officers and code enforcement arrived at the property at 30 North Avenue Thursday night amid ongoing safety and criminal concerns.

Using a loudspeaker, police called 12 people out of the residence, with two others, Jodi Lee Keirstead and Jacob Bergeron, taken into custody for outstanding warrants including drug charges.

All 14 people received criminal trespass warnings and are no longer allowed to return to the property.
