17-year-old charged in connection with fire set at Windham Dunkin’

A teenager is charged with setting a fire at a Dunkin’ in Windham this summer.

Firefighters found the smoldering fire in a walk-in freezer inside the business the evening of July 28th.

Shannon Moss with the Maine Department of Public Safety says an investigator determined the fire at the Dunkin’ on Roosevelt Trail was intentionally set and caused about $25,000 in damage. No one was injured.

A 17-year-old was charged with arson on Thursday and is on conditional release.
