74-Year-Old Kennebec County Woman Missing Since Halloween

The Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office is trying to locate a 74-year-old Chelsea woman who has been missing for almost a week.

Deputies have released a missing person alert, saying Bonnie Frappier went missing from her residence on River Road in Chelsea last Friday.

They say Frappier was last wearing a green long-sleeve shirt, black pants, and a black baseball cap, and is believed to be in the Waterville area.

Anyone with information about Frappier’s location is asked to contact the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office through the Regional Communications Office at (207)-624-7076 Ext 9
