A Hermon Woman is Facing Multiple Charges After a Deadly Head on Collusion in October.

After a month’s long police investigation, A Hermon woman is facing multiple charges after a head on crash that killed a man.

Police charge 26-year-old Lacey Wiles of OUI, manslaughter, and multiple other charges.

The crash occurred on October 4th of last year, when the vehicle she was driving, crossed the center line on the Merrymeeting Bridge in Topsham, striking a vehicle head on, killing her passenger, 23-year-old Marcus Steinman.

Two people in the other vehicle were seriously injured.

Wiles is being held in the Penobscot County Jail on $50,000 cash bail.
