A 39-year-old Auburn man is in jail without bail after being arrested for a second time on drug trafficking charges.
Auburn police say a special investigative team (Proactive Community Enforcement Unit – PACE) was tipped off about a drug sale by Jose Mota and pulled him over on Mount Auburn Avenue near Walmart on Wednesday.

Because of his bail conditions for felony crimes and violation of his conditions of release, Mota is being held without bail pending an appearance before a judge.
Mota is expected to make an initial appearance on Friday.
