The Maine Fire Marshal’s Office assisted with the investigation.

The Dixfield Fire Company thanked Rumford Fire Department, Peru Maine Fire Department, Mexico, Maine Fire Department, East Dixfield Fire Department, Jay Fire Rescue, Wilton Fire Department, Canton Volunteer Fire Dept., Roxbury Fire Department, Carthage Fire Department, Oxford County Regional Communications, Med-Care Ambulance, and Irving personnel for their assistance with the fire.
