Bangor man killed in rollover accident on I-95

PALYMRA, Maine (WGAN) Maine State Police say a Bangor man was killed in a crash on I-95 in Somerset County on Thursday.

The accident happened around 9:00 p.m. near mile 156 north in Palmyra.

Police said 37-year-old Michael Foss overcorrected, causing his vehicle to leave the roadway and enter the median side. His vehicle then re-entered the roadway and rolled over several times.

Foss, who was the vehicle’s only occupant, was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected.

He was taken to Sebasticook Valley Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
