Bangor Police Search for Potential Homicide Suspect

BANGOR, Maine (WGAN) Bangor Police are investigating the death of a man who was found unconscious in the street as a homicide.

Police say they responded to the intersection of Center and Cumberland streets around 10:40 Sunday night to find 40-year-old Jason Moody of Bangor injured and unconscious, apparently as the result of an altercation. He died in the hospital two days later.

Detectives say they’re looking for 29-year-old Donald Galleck, a transient who lives in the area. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Bangor Police.
