Volunteer divers found one of the bodies of the men who lost their lives on their sunken scallop boat, last month. The Sudden Impact was manned by the father and son team of Chester and Aaron Barrett.

The boat sunk on January 18 during a rough storm, about 160 feet off the coast of Trescott. Rescuers found the boat the next day but this (Sunday) morning at around 7 o’clock they finally recovered a body.

The body will head to the state medical examiner’s office to be indentified.

The Barrett family and the crew of volunteer divers from Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania have been teaming up, to help in the search.
