Body of missing Knox County man located by divers

The body of a missing man from Vinalhaven was located by Maine Game Warden divers on Tuesday.

Wardens said 31-year-old Owen Adair was last seen by his family on Thursday. His family reported him missing after his ATV, boots and a canoe were found near Folly Pond in Vinalhaven.

His body was found in about 10 feet of water around 12:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Adair’s body was brought to the state medical examiner for an autopsy.
