Buildings Saved in Large Kennebunkport Fire

Several buildings in Kennebunkport are still intact after being threatened by close by fire this morning.

Kennebunk Fire-Rescue says a large fire burned several vehicles and numerous lobster traps, but crews were able to quickly contain and stop the fire from spreading.

There is no word yet on any injuries in the fire at 107 Wildes District Road

The cause is under investigation.

Kennebunk Fire-Rescue says they assisted Kennebunkport Fire Department with the fire.
