Hallowell, MAINE (WGAN) A close call in Hallowell Monday afternoon after a car slammed into a two-story garage.
Police say it was a case of the driver hitting the gas instead of the brakes.
Police say the woman went through the rear of the garage and over a drop off in the back of the building. T
he woman was taken to a hospital reportedly suffering chest pains
The car was wrecked and the garage was severely damaged.
