Portland city officials are looking for feedback as they look to overhaul Franklin Arterial.
According to the Portland Press Herald, the city has unveiled a draft concept to make the artery that runs through the downtown more neighborhood-centered and pedestrian friendly.
The city is asking for public feedback before the plan is finalized.
An open house was scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Portland Public Library.
Residents also have until Sep. 25 to submit comments online here.
