Collision on I-95 in Saco leaves one person with minor injuries

A driver involved in a collision on the Turnpike in Saco Wednesday morning suffered minor injuries.

Maine State Police say a Toyota Camry and a Toyota Scion collided around 8:45 a.m. at mile marker 37 southbound. The Camry came to a rest in the median while the Scion spun out and crashed into a tractor trailer that was in the breakdown lane. The driver of the Scion suffered only minor injuries.

One lane of traffic was closed Wednesday morning while crews responded to the crash.

No details about the cause of the collision have been released.
