Crash causes structural damage to Andover business

Police say a driver’s foot slid off the brake and hit the gas pedal by accident when they crashed into a storefront in Andover Tuesday morning.

The Oxford County Sheriff’s Office says the pickup truck crashed through the front of the Mills Market in Andover around 6:30 a.m. Deputies determined that the 50-year-old driver from Andover was trying to park when their foot slipped.

No injuries were reported.

The crash caused some structural damage to the store.
