Crash involving school bus in Berwick results in minor injuries

Part of Route 9 in Berwick was closed Monday morning following a crash involving a school bus and an SUV.

Berwick police said there were minor injuries in the crash, which shut down part of Route 9 near the Beaver Dam Campground. First responders were called to the scene just after 7 a.m.

The driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, while a student said she had minor pain from hitting her head on the window.

Police have not released details about the cause of the crash.
