Crews battle overnight fire at Portland seafood business

PORTLAND, Maine (WGAN) A fire broke out a Portland seafood business on Thursday night.

Our info partners at CBS 13 news report the fire started around 10 p.m. Thursday at Brown Trading Company. Fire crews from all over the city arrived on scene after a third-alarm was struck. Mutual aid from nearby towns was also called on to cover for the empty fire houses.

The blaze was extinguished on Friday morning.

It’s not yet known if anyone is injured.
