Maine State Police are investigating a death in Skowhegan.
Police say a female was found dead after a report of someone not breathing Wednesday night at an address on West Front Street.
An autopsy was performed on Thursday but the cause and manner of death as well as the person’s identity are being withheld until family members are notified.
The investigation is still ongoing and police say there’s no threat to the public.
