Driver killed when SUV rolls over, hits tree in Maine

GARLAND, Maine (AP) Police say a driver was killed when his sport utility vehicle rolled and crashed into a tree in the town of Garland.

Jacob Campbell, 18, of Exeter, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash Sunday evening, while two passengers suffered injuries that weren’t believed to be life-threatening, state police said.

State police believe speed was a factor, but the crash remains under investigation.
