Early Morning Fire Wrecks Garage in Lyman

Firefighters prevented a house from burning down in Lyman, but the garage was destroyed.

Our info partners at CBS 13 News report the fire happened around 4:30 a.m. Saturday on Clarks Woods Road.

Goodwins Mills Fire Chief Roger Hooper said the fire did not spread from the garage and the house only suffered minimal smoke damage.

No injuries were reported.
