Police identify victim in fatal Waterville shooting

Police say a Winslow man was killed in a shooting in Waterville on Monday.

Police responded to the shooting around 8 a.m. Monday at an address on South Grove Street. An autopsy on the victim was conducted Tuesday. He was identified as 22-year-old Justin Iraola. The victim died of multiple gunshot wounds.

A second person was shot but was not injured.

There’s been no word about a potential suspect.

Officials say there’s no danger to the public, and more information will be released when appropriate.
