FBI offering $10,000 for information about 2008 slaying in Portland

The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for information that could help them crack a cold case murder in Portland dating back to 2008.

Portland Police say 37-year-old Frank Williams was beaten and stabbed to death during an altercation on the soccer field at Fox Street and Anderson Street. The killing happened on Aug. 16, 2008.

The money is being offered to anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever was responsible.

Portland Police Chief Mark Dubois says the case is one of 13 unsolved homicides the department is aware of.
