Fire officials say fire in York County that left resident seriously injured was arson

Investigators say a fire in Limington that destroyed a home and left one person seriously injured was intentionally set.

Investigators responded to the home on Boothy Road on Thursday morning.

One resident was taken by LifeFlight to Maine Medical Center in Portland where they remained in serious condition as of Friday.

The investigation is ongoing.
