Four on Midcoast Face Drug and Felony Trafficking Charges

Four people are facing drug and drug trafficking charges after a traffic stop on the  Midcoast.

Wiscasset police say they stopped a vehicle on Alna Road in Wiscasset for a violation and learned the passenger had an active arrest warrant.

Police arrested 34-year-old Dulcie K. Vess of Wiscasset and after drugs and cash were found in the vehicle, arrested the driver, 38-year-old Brendon M. McLellan of Wiscasset.

Vess and McLellan were arrested and transported to Two Bridges Regional Jail and booked on the following charges.
Dulcie K. Vess:
1. Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs
2. 10 Counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs
3. Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia
4. Falsifying Evidence
Brendon M. McLellan:
1. Aggravated Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs
2. 11 Counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs
3. Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia
4. Falsifying Evidence
5. 3 Counts of Violating Conditions of Release

An investigation continued to a home on that same road – Alna Road, where the two people in custody arrested were living.

Police found more evidence in the home, and the two owners, 64-year-old Jody M. Mills and 50-year-old Penny S. Pelletier of Wiscasset, were also arrested on drug charges.

Both Mills and Pellitier were transported to Two Bridges Regional Jail and both booked on 8 counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
