Gas Prices Down A Bit More In Northern New England

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Gas prices in northern New England have fallen a bit more, although the national average is unchanged from last week.

New Hampshire went down 3 cents a gallon to $2.27, from last week’s $2.30. In Vermont, the price decreased 2.4 cents per gallon, to $2.36. Maine’s price went down less than a penny, averaging $2.22 a gallon.

The national average has dropped 2 cents per gallon in the last month and stands 31.6 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
