Gray Man Arrested in Lisbon Store Theft Investigation

Gray Man Arrested in Lisbon Store Theft Investigation

Lisbon Police

A 49-year-old Gray man faces charges after Lisbon Police say he stole two thousand dollars’ worth of merchandise at a local store in Lisbon.
Officers say they arrested Brad Ray in an investigation that began in December following thefts reported on two separate occasions.
They say plainclothes detectives confronted Ray as he exited the business and determined he was again in possession of stolen merchandise. He was taken into custody without incident.
Lisbon Police say investigators also worked closely with neighboring agencies, identifying a broader pattern of theft activity involving additional suspects. They say information shared with the Bath Police Department confirmed related cases.
Ray was booked at the Lisbon Police Department and later released on bail with conditions. He will appear in court at a later date.
Anyone with information related to this case is encouraged to contact the Lisbon Police Department Detective Division at 207-353-2500, ext. 1.
